For all routine matters, such as prescription refills and appointments, please contact the office during regular hours of operation. 

If you have to contact the Physician on call for a true emergency, please unblock your phone so that the Physician can reach you.  To unblock your phone, dial *82.

If you need to contact the Physician on call after office hours or during the weekend, please be aware that he/she might not be able to provide you with a diagnosis or treatment.  There are instances where the Physician can’t diagnose, treat symptoms, prescribe or refill your medications without examining you first.
